Steve is a very talented guitar player who finds the right sound for a song, and works on it till he is satisfied that it is correct. If you close your eyes while he plays songs like “Move it“, you would think that Hank Marvin is playing.
Steve’s solid rhythm playing is another driving force in the bands ‘engine room’, along with Jack‘s bass and Mal‘s drumming. A great team working together to provide lead guitarist Derek and lead vocalist Steve D the freedom to do what they do best. Steve is an integral and valued member of the band, and good solid rhythm players are few and far between.
